At Assurenz, quality assurance isn’t a checkbox it’s a culture. One of the most common concerns we hear
from interior designers and architects sourcing from China is: ‘How do I know what I ordered is what I’ll receive?’
The answer lies in our rigorous, multi-stage inspection process. Here’s exactly how it works.
Stage 1: Factory Audit Before Engagement
Before we place a single order with any manufacturer, our China-based team conducts a full factory audit. We
assess production capacity, quality management systems, workforce skill levels, material sourcing practices and
past client references. Only factories that meet our standards are added to our verified network.
Stage 2: Pre-Production Sample Approval
Once a factory is selected and an order is confirmed, we request a pre-production sample. This sample is
reviewed against the client’s specifications dimensions, materials, finish, colour and hardware. The client
approves the sample before mass production begins. No production starts without written approval.
Stage 3: In-Process Quality Checks
For larger orders, our team visits the factory during production to check that the approved standards are being
maintained across the full batch. This mid-production check catches deviations early when they’re still easy
and inexpensive to correct.
Stage 4: Pre-Shipment Final Inspection
When production is complete, our inspectors conduct a comprehensive final check before packing. We inspect a
statistically significant sample of the order for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, structural integrity, correct
hardware and packaging quality. Detailed inspection reports with photographs are shared with the client.
Stage 5: Shipment Sign-Off
Only after the pre-shipment inspection is passed does Assurenz authorise the shipment. If any issues are found,
production is paused, remedied and re-inspected. Our clients receive their goods knowing every piece has been
verified by our team in China.
Conclusion
Our inspection process exists for one reason: to give our clients complete confidence. When you work with
Assurenz, you’re not just buying furniture you’re buying the assurance that what you specified is exactly what
will arrive at your project site.
