About Assurenz

Assurenz is a global sourcing partner specialising in furniture and furnishings. We connect interior designers,
architects and businesses with the world’s finest manufacturers primarily in China managing the complete
sourcing process from factory selection and quality inspection to logistics and delivery. With offices in India,
China, Australia, UK and UAE, we have local expertise in every market we serve.

projects. We also work with developers, hospitality groups and retail brands who need reliable, quality-assured
furniture and furnishings sourced internationally.

Sourcing Process

Our process begins with an enquiry you share your product requirements, budget and timeline. We then
identify the right manufacturers from our verified factory network, arrange samples for your approval, negotiate
pricing and manage the entire production, quality inspection and logistics process through to delivery. You
receive updates at every key stage.

The more detail you provide, the better. Ideally we need: product specifications (dimensions, materials,
finishes, quantities), your target budget, project delivery deadline and any specific compliance or certification
requirements for your country. Even rough specifications work our consultants can help refine them.

Yes custom and bespoke sourcing is one of our core strengths. Many of our factory partners offer genuine
bespoke manufacturing: custom dimensions, finishes, upholstery fabrics and detailing. Simply share your
specifications and we will identify the most suitable manufacturers for your brief

Minimum order quantities vary by product and manufacturer. For custom furniture, factories typically require a
minimum production run this varies from as few as 10 to 50 units depending on the product. For standard
catalogue products, single-unit orders may be possible. Contact us with your requirements and we will advise
accordingly.

Lead times vary by product complexity. For standard catalogue products, total lead time from order to delivery
is typically 45 to 60 days. For custom or bespoke furniture, allow 60 to 90 days. This includes production, quality
inspection, export documentation, shipping and customs clearance. We advise building in additional buffer time
for large or complex projects.

Quality & Inspection

Quality is verified at multiple stages: factory audit before engagement, pre-production sample approval, in-process checks during manufacturing and a comprehensive pre-shipment inspection before goods are packed. Our China-based team conducts all inspections in person and provides detailed reports with photographs at each stage
If an inspection reveals that a product does not meet the agreed specifications, we halt the shipment, document the issues and work with the factory to rectify them. Production is only approved for shipping once it passes our quality standards. Our clients do not pay for non-conforming goods.
Yes, factory visits are welcome and we encourage them for larger projects. Our China team will arrange and accompany the visit. Alternatively, we can conduct a live video walkthrough of the factory and inspection process if travel is not possible.
Certification requirements vary by product category and destination country. We work with factories that hold relevant certifications (FSC for timber, REACH for materials, CE for relevant product categories) and can advise on what certifications are applicable for your specific products and target market.

Logistics & Delivery

Yes we manage the complete logistics chain from factory to your destination. This includes export packing, freight booking, export documentation, customs clearance in the destination country and final delivery coordination. We work with trusted freight partners to ensure competitive rates and reliable transit times.

Our sourcing fees are transparent and agreed upfront before any work begins. Pricing typically includes a sourcing and management fee plus the factory cost of goods, freight and any applicable import duties. We provide a full, itemised quotation so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Standard payment terms require an advance payment upon order confirmation, with the balance due after the pre-shipment inspection is passed and before goods are shipped. Exact terms are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing before the order commences

Initial consultations are complimentary. We will review your requirements, advise on sourcing strategy and provide a project outline at no cost. Our fees are only applicable once you formally engage us for a sourcing project.
Yes we regularly manage complex projects involving multiple product categories sourced from different factories. Our project management team coordinates all suppliers, timelines and logistics to ensure everything arrives together and on schedule.
We provide regular project updates at every key milestone sample approval, production commencement, quality inspection completion and shipment dispatch. You will always know where your order is in the process.
